Community Consultation

- Inform owners and occupiers of what is proposed by the scheme amendments
- Provide owners and occupiers an opportunity to consider the changes and provide comments and feedback

Written Notification
- Provide written notice to members of the Royal Pines Bodies Corporate asking for comments on the proposed amendments.
- Receive and address submissions from the Royal Pines Bodies Corporate.
- Prepare the planning scheme amendment for formal submission.
Formal Submission
- Formally apply to the Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning for the amendment.
Submission Assessment
- Review and decision-making process led by the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning.
Submission Decision
- Application submission outcome.
